These fully-equipped vehicles allow a field rep to diagnose and solve a multitude of problems, right then and there, without having to apologize to a customer whose equipment is down, and drive back to the shop to pick up the right tools, or call in a second truck. Our field techs often mention how proud it makes them to leave a customer's site knowing that they have put their talent and knowledge to work and have truly made a difference.
If and when more expert support is needed, the service manager or the tech's supervisor as well as the Milton CAT TCs (Technical Communicators), can be easily accessed through the laptop our field reps carry with them.
