Meet the Service Manager

Brian Saucier

manager-londonderry.jpgWhen Milton CAT's Londonderry, NH Service Manager, Brian Saucier, is asked why Milton CAT is a great place to work he has no shortage of reasons, "It's not one single thing. We have the best facilities, the best tools, trucks, cranes – we have all the things to do the job right. Other companies don't have the resources that Milton CAT has, but most importantly it's the people that make the experience."

Before joining Milton CAT 20 years ago, Brian had worked for an auto parts store in Presque Isle, ME since he was a sophomore in high school. By the time he had left the automotive world to join Milton CAT in 1998 he had worked his way to the position of manager. He began his Milton CAT career working at the Parts Counter at Milton CAT's Brewer, ME facility. After six months at that position, he moved to the Service Department and held several positions over a two-year period that included Dispatcher, Supervisor of the truck shop, and SME (Subject Matter Expert)/Key User. In 2000, Brian was named the Brewer Parts Manager, a position he held until moving to Londonderry in the summer of 2017 to become the Service Manager at Milton CAT's newest location.

Brian's management philosophy revolves around sharing information with his co-workers, "I like to explain the why – why doing a job, performing a function, or following a process is important to their success as well as Milton CAT's."

How does Brian feel about his new home in the Service Department in Londonderry? He explains it this way, "When hiring technicians from the industry they are blown away. It's something to be proud of."
