Meet the Service Manager

Scott Stewart


Throughout his 33 years at Milton CAT, Scott Stewart, Milton CAT’s Binghamton, NY service manager, has gained valuable insights into our multifaceted business that he is excited to share with his team. Scott began working in our parts department taking on various positions in the warehouse and behind the counter. In 2004, he transitioned to service where he acted as service supervisor before becoming manager.
Providing an outstanding customer experience is Scott’s top priority. Even if his customers are a mile underground like Cargill Salt Mine in Lansing, NY, they are well taken care of. Technicians are always nearby to ensure quick response times and limit downtime. 
When reflecting on his career, Scott explained, “The biggest lesson I’ve learned is the importance of communication internally and externally. Always be honest and upfront with your customers and employees.” As a manager, Scott maintains a high level of communication by setting clear expectations. He wants his team to give the same level of effort as he gives.
When not on the job, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife of 27 years, three children, five grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. He is an avid bowler and is a part of his local bowling league.
