Batavia, NY

Batavia is a small city in western New York that has been rated very high among the nation's micropolitans based on economic development. It is less than an hour from Niagara Falls, Letchworth State Park and Lake Ontario. Darien Lake Theme Park Resort is located approximately 20 minutes southwest of the City. Its population as of the 2010 census was 15,465.

The city hosts the Batavia Muckdogs, the farm club of the St. Louis Cardinals and a baseball team in the New York-Penn League. The New York State Thruway (Interstate 90) passes just north of the city. Genesee County Airport (GVQ) is located north of the city, across the road from the Milton CAT facility.

The 103,000 sq ft Batavia facility sits on 66 acres of land. It was built from scratch in 2008 and features the latest technology and equipment available, as well as room for very large machine and parts inventories and a clean, well-lit work space for employees and a 32-bay service area. The service team includes 28 in-shop techs and 15 field techs.

The location is home to all of our product lines — Caterpillar earthmoving and forestry machines, generators and engines; Metso crushers and screeners; Sullair compressors; and Genie aerial lifts.
